Product Description

BD-32 is a mixture of special cement, wear-resistant aggregate, polymer modified rheological active agent. It is a grey dry powder that can be self-leveling, free-flowing floor material simply by adding water.

It can be constructed either by hand or by using a continuous mixer pump.

Design specification

Can be used on the concrete base surface, but also on the intact cement mortar leveling layer, the minimum construction thickness is 6mm, the maximum construction thickness is 12mm.

The compressive strength of the base surface shall not be less than 25MPa, or the surface tensile strength shall be greater than 1.25MPa, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 75% during construction. If you are coating a paint-resistant resin-based coating, the relative humidity must be less than 80%. If there are any cracks or holes in the base surface, it should be repaired with the recommended repair material of Jude.

During construction, the high-strength self-leveling mortar will be based on the slope of the original ground. If a specific slope is required on the ground, it is necessary to use leveling equipment to assist in the construction.

If the base surface is a new concrete surface, it needs 21 days of age before it can be poured.

The base surface to be poured must be clean, intact, free of grease and other contaminants.

If laying carpets, polyethylene flooring and tiles, the choice of adhesive depends on the characteristics of the material being laid.
